1. Acceptable use

Signal Atlas provides curated public waypoint collections for travel, outdoor recreation, cartography, GIS, photography, and route planning. You agree not to use collections for location spoofing, simulated movement, platform evasion, impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation.

2. Purchases

One-time purchases grant a personal-use license to the purchased version and eligible updates for a period disclosed on each collection page.

3. Memberships

Memberships include a monthly allowance of collection credits and member discounts. Cancellation is available at any time from your dashboard.

4. Content accuracy

Collections are curated from public sources and reviewed on a scheduled cadence, but conditions in the real world may change between reviews.

5. Refunds

Contact support within 14 days of purchase for a refund of unused digital collections.
